Ubisoft announces HAWX delay

Ubisoft has confirmed that Tom Clancy's HAWX, a new action flight simulator, has been delayed. The new release date is expected to be somewhere between January and March of next year.

HAWX was originally scheduled to arrive this September, but the publishers have decided to keep it back for a while longer. No official reason was give for the delay.

This comes hot on the heels of the news that Ubisoft also intends to delay the release of its new first-person shooter, Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway - though only by about a month - meaning it will now be released towards the end of September.

This leaves Ubisoft's Christmas line-up as Far Cry 2, BiA, Tom Clancy's Endwar, Shaun White Snowboarding and Prince of Persia.
